Double Press
Stacking Accumulator

The System The Stacking Accumulator can be added to the back end of our 3-tie or 2-tie presses to provide extreme flexibility.  Bales can be accumulated flat in rows of 2,3,or 4. They may also be accumulated on edge 2 bales high in rows of 2,3,4, or 5 wide.

Applications The Stacking Accumulator is the perfect interface between a press and our Precision Block Former (AWS), significantly improving speed in pressed bale removal.

Processing As bale exit the strapper, they may be sliced into half-cut bales. A swing-arm moves the bales into the accumulator in rows that are pre-set by the operator.

If bales are to be stacked, the second row moves onto an elevator platform, and both layers are pushed onto the staging platform.

The slightly inclined staging area collects each column, maintaining a tight collection.

What's In It For You? Doubling the stack doubles the speed, whether the next step is a clamp operator, or feeding the Precision Block Former/Auto Wrap System.
